This full-day workshop focuses on improving your Needs Assessment and Presentation Skills. Learn how to use advanced needs assessment strategies and techniques; design & deliver a winning presentation; close through Q&A that reinforces your mastery of meeting their needs.

To prepare for this highly interactive program, you will complete a Needs Assessment survey and submit a sample sales presentation (.PPT files) two weeks prior to the program. During the program, you will practice both sets of skills and improve them through feedback from the group and instructors.
